Summer Camp 2010: "Around the World in Seven Weeks!"

Every week, students will be learning about the people, music and culture of all seven continents. We will provide the opportunity to sample foods and have first hand experiences through field trips and/or special guests. We will learn about different cultures through cultural and artistic enrichment experiences including music, art dance and theatre.  The weeks are as follows: Week One: Africa, Week Two: Antarctica, Week Three: Asia, Week Four: Australia, Week Five: Europe , Week Six: North America , Week Seven: South America.  You can sign up for all seven weeks or choose the specific week(s) that work best in your family's schedule.

as a way to s
tay connected with your school friends and meet new ones as well!   If you're looking for a way to keep the kids (and adults) busy, join us this summer on Wednesdays at 3 pm at Lakeview Park Playground located at Greenview and Cuyler (one block north of Irving Park Rd. behind Lakeview High School).  No need to RSVP: if you're free and looking for something to do, just show up!  Some weeks we'll likely have lots of people come and other weeks ther might not be very many but the kids will surely always look forward to seeing their current and new school friends.  Have a great summer!
